As a UX Designer, I collaborated with an agile team, to develop and implement user-centered designs that met both business requirements and user needs. I developed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design concepts. I led the redesign of the company’s website, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. Designed a comprehensive Power BI Dashboard that provided insightful data visualizations, enhancing decision-making processes. By creating detailed user journeys and user flows, I identified key pain points and optimized the user experience. I built user-friendly forms and designed e-bills that were visually appealing and easy to understand. Additionally, I crafted email notifications that were clear and actionable. My efforts in improving navigation on the homepage resulted in a more seamless and efficient user interaction, significantly enhancing overall user satisfaction.
